ZeroNineMX offer a fast, efficient and hassle free delivery service. You choose which products to buy and decide where you would like them sent, and we will make sure your items are carefully packaged and arrive safely and quickly.
All orders are dispatched Monday to Friday on a 'next day' service and all our deliveries are made Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm. It is possible to have your goods delivered on a Saturday for an addition fee. If you require this then please contact us to arrange.
*We try our best to get all orders dispatched within 2-3 days of receiving your order. You should normally allow 48 hours to receive your order, e.g if your order is placed on a Monday it will go out on Tuesday for delivery Wednesday. During busy periods, e.g. December - April, you should allow 7 - 14 days to receive your order.
We use Business Post for all items which are too large/heavy to post so, if you happen to be out at the time of the delivery a card will be left and you can collect the item from your local post office. Unfortunately it is not possible to advise on the actual time of delivery.
A signature is required for all orders sent via Royal Mail/ Business post. Someone must be at your delivery address to sign for your parcel between 8am and 6pm.
Non Deliveries & Damaged Items:
All items not received must be notified to us in writing within 14 days to enable us to make enquiries and register a claim with the carrier. Items reported after that time cannot be refunded.
Items damaged on arrived must be reported in writing within 48 hours of receipt. Claims made after this time cannot be entertained.
Free Shipping:
Free shipping is available on ALL internet orders over £50 to locations in Zone 1, detailed in the table below. To see if the item you would like to purchase qualifies for free shipping, look out for the 'Free Shipping' text on the product page - as shown in the picture below. If your item doesn't qualify then don't worry as our shipping rates are kept low and can be seen in the table below:

If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is damaged or defective, we will refund the delivery charges incurred in sending the item to you and pay your costs of returning it to us (by refunding your return postage costs). We will also refund the cost of gift wrapping and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase, where applicable.
ZeroNineMX will check all items returned as damaged or defective. In the event we find no fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item/s and to recover our fees and expenses from you.
2. Items cancelled or returned
By law, customers located in the European Union also have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. For more information see Your Statutory Rights below.
Where you are withdrawing from your purchase within the seven working day cooling-off period, and there has been no error on our part, we will refund the cost of the item and the cost of sending the item to you as follows:
- where you are returning an item that was part of a larger order, we'll refund the per-item charge for delivery that you incurred
- where you are returning an entire order, we'll refund applicable per-item delivery charges and the per-delivery charge that you incurred
- we will refund only standard postage charges for items delivered outside the UK
- where we collect an item from you, we reserve the right to recover the costs of collection from you.
- We will not refund the cost of giftwrapping, your costs in returning the item to us and other services provided to you in connection with your purchase unless you return the item to us because of an error on our part or because it is defective.
Items returned during the 7 day cooling off period are subject to the following conditions:
- Items are returned carriage paid.
- Items are received in a resalable condition.
- Items should be returned unused in their original condition in order to secure a refund, we classify items as used if the original hang tags are removed.
- Items are returned complete with all packaging in good condition. (We reserve the right to levy a charge to replace product packaging which is damaged or defaced - this includes sticking tape to boxes!).
- We cannot accept any items which have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification for return.
- All returns are to be accompanied by the senders name and address, account number, order reference number (these are found on the invoice), and reason for return. Please help us to help you.
- We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, we strongly recommend that you insure the item you are returning, you may require it on the event of a claim with your carrier.
Your refund will be processed within 30 days.

3. Items returned for cancellation or exchange after the seven-day cooling off period
For items which are no longer wanted we will refund the cost of the item but we will not refund any postage charges paid by you as part of your initial order or the cost of returning the item to us. We will not issue any refunds where the item has been removed from its sealed packaging.
Please note that items must be returned within 28 days of receipt in order for them to qualify for a refund.
Items returned after the 7 day cooling off period are subject to the following conditions:
- Items are returned carriage paid.
- Items are received in a resalable condition.
- Items should be returned unused in their original condition in order to secure a refund, we classify items as used if the original hang tags are removed.
- Items are returned complete with all packaging in good condition. (We reserve the right to levy a charge to replace product packaging which is damaged or defaced - this includes sticking tape to boxes!).
- Items will be subject to a restocking charge of not less than 15%. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- We cannot accept any items which have been specially ordered for you or manufactured to your specification for return.
- All returns are to be accompanied by the senders name and address, account number, order reference number (these are found on the invoice), and reason for return. Please help us to help you.
- We cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels which are undelivered, we strongly recommend that you insure the item you are returning, you may require it on the event of a claim with your carrier.
- The original cost of postage of the item to you will not be refunded. Even if your order has qualified for free shipping, the actual cost of shipping the item/s to you will be deducted from your refund
For items returned for exchange an additional £4.99 will be charged to cover postage costs, this will be debited from the card used to make the original payment for the order.

4. Your Statutory Rights
1. Purchases
By law, customers in the European Union have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within seven working days of the day after the date the item is delivered. This applies to all of our products except for the purchase of video or DVD products where the item has been unsealed.
To cancel your purchase within the seven-working-day cooling-off period, please advise us by email of your notice of cancellation or intent to return an item. The returned item must accompanied by your name and address, account number, order reference number (these are found on the invoice), and reason for return. Please help us to help you. Please package the relevant item(s) securely and send it to us so that we receive it within seven working days of the day after the date that the item was delivered to you.
For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service if the value of the return is more than 50 GBP.
Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the items to us unless we delivered the item to you in error, or if the item is damaged or defective. If we do not receive the item back from you with the delivery slip, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.
Within 30 days of receiving your notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that item together with the item's normal postage charge - we cannot refund any priority or express component of the postage charge.
